  • Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

  • Custom design proofs are provided free of charge. However, production will only begin after final approval from the customer.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of HypePromo NZ or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

  • Customers must have the rights to any logos, images, or text submitted for custom designs. HypePromo NZ is not responsible for copyright infringements on customer-submitted materials.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

  • Customers must review and approve the design proof before production; once approved, changes cannot be made.

  • If an issue arises with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • HypePromo NZ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not liable for improper installation or misuse of our products after delivery.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.
