As all our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review design proofs and product details before approving production.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Changes

Once a custom order has been approved for production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
